Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between RunAnywhere, Inc. ("RunAnywhere") and the person or organization that creates an account or sends a request to Wally ("you"). Using the service means you accept them. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Wally is a hosted, OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a fixed catalog of open models, plus the console used to manage keys, billing, and playground traffic. The service is a preview: no uptime commitment, no support-response commitment, and the model catalog and pricing can change. We will not silently move a local request to the hosted service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. A key spends real credit, so treat it like a password: do not commit it to source control or share it. Tell us promptly if you think a key has been exposed, and rotate it from the console.

4. Billing

Wally runs on prepaid credits bought through Stripe in the console. Every new account receives a $5 welcome grant on first sign-in. That grant is promotional credit: it is not a purchase, it does not convert to cash, and it is not refundable. After that, each request debits your balance at the price shown on the current pricing page for the model you called. A request fails once your balance runs out. 5. Acceptable use

Your use of Wally must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We can suspend or terminate a key that violates it, including for rate-limit abuse or illegal content.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of the prompts you send and the outputs you receive, subject to the terms of the model providers. You grant us the limited permission we need to run the service for you. Production Wally uses zero data retention for prompt and completion bodies; usage and billing records are separate. What we store and for how long is covered in Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you send and for how you use what the models return.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as-is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, during preview. AI models can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and that output is not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, RunAnywhere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Any credit balance is handled in line with the billing and refund terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RunAnywhere is established.

10. Changes

We can update these terms as the service moves out of preview. Material changes will carry a new effective date on this page. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
